How long have you been shooting Boudoir?

I started offering Boudoir sessions about 4 years ago. It is one of my favorite types of sessions as it really builds confidence.

Is there a fee to book a date?

We do charge a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking, however, that retainer amount is taken off your final payment. No date is ever secure without the retainer.

What happens if we have to cancel our event/session?

If there is an emergency to where either party has to cancel, then we reschedule for the next available date.

What if I’ve never done this before & I’m nervous?

That is completely normal. 9/10 women who come for a Boudoir session have never done one before. My ultimate goal here is that you feel confident & relaxed during your session, so I spend the weeks leading up to your session really working with you & communicating little things to help in these areas.

Do you offer on-location or studio only?

We do have a Natural Light Studio on the Square in Mckinney, Tx, which is set up primarily for Boudoir & Head Shot purposes. We have a variety of “settings”.  Settees, Bed, Big Mirror, Desk etc to make this a relaxed experience. We have also used Hotel rooms in the past, especially if we have a returning client who just wants a different look this round.

Do you offer Bridal or Party type Boudoir sessions? If so, what types?

Yes, we do offer Bridal Boudoir which is extremely popular with our Wedding Packages. We also offer Bachelorette Boudoir Parties, Girls Day Out, Birthday Fun etc, all are Boudoir, but done when a group of friends either book the same day with back to back sessions or a group session.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, we do accept payment plans on any of our session packages & weddings if booked more than 30 days out for our bigger Boudoir packages. Our normal packages just require a retainer down & then final payment 10 days out from session date. Unless otherwise stated.

Do you provide wardrobe help?

Yes, we do create a specialized inspiration board that we send out to our clients based off the look they are aiming for. We even offer complete Session Planning/Wardrobe shopping packages that you can add to any package we offer. We also have a specific list of vendors for lingerie etc that we send out.

Do we get a USB or a Disk of images?

We actually offer a safer/quicker alternative to this. If you decide to purchase digital images from your session, they are downloadable through our online gallery option. This prevents the hassle of usb/disk malfunctions/loss/damage.

Do you provide Professional Hair & Make Up?

We can, we do have 2 artist that we do work with for Boudoir sessions as they know the look we go for with the specific hair and make up needs for this type of session. We say “can” because there will be some sessions we market that include HMUA & some do not. So, it just depends on the session. We can always add it into your package, or we can include it in your proposal for parties. The average Professional HMUA cost is $150-$175 for this type of session & is completely separate from your session time/inclusions.

Do you offer albums?

Yes! We actually love to include Professional Premium Albums in our packages. These albums are of high quality & not cheaply made at all. These are thick card stock pages that will last! Perfect to gift to that special someone, & they come in a hard black box with lid for safe keeping/discreteness. These albums are 8x8 or 10x10.
